Hartford Woman's Death In Police Custody Under Investigation The Connecticut Office of Inspector General is investigating the death of a 49-year-old woman who was in police custody. Linda Praylow, of Hartford, died in a holding cell on Sunday, April 7, while in the custody of the Hartford Police. She was arrested on Friday, April 5, for two outstanding warrants and held on a $20,000 bond. Police did not say what the warrants were for.
