HAWORTH, N.J. -- Jason W. Plump, of Haworth, died on Thursday, March 23. He was 40.
Plump was a printer for Accurate Box Company of Paterson. He was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Church of Haworth.
He was an avid bowler, golfer and fisherman, and he had a passion for Notre Dame. He loved watching his children's soccer games.
Plump is survived by his wife of 15 years, Dawn (Fojtlin); children Justin and Madalyn; parents Debra Hlavaty and her husband Charlie, and Gary Plump; and grandchildren Stacia Plump, Mickey Squillace and Louise Fojtlin.

MIDLAND PARK, N.J. -- Carmela (D'Amato) Schiavo, of Midland Park, died on Wednesday, March 22. She was 89.
Schiavo lived and raised her family in Rockland County before moving to Midland Park many years ago.
"She was an independent woman long before it was fashionable," information from the funeral home noted. "She was a great cook who also loved fine dining and to travel. Her most important priority, however, was spending time with her family."

Gerald 'Jerry' Sternbach, 81, Hasbrouck Heights Resident
HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- Gerald "Jerry" Sternbach, of Hasbrouck Heights, died on Tuesday, March 21. He was 81.
Born in New York City, Sternbach was a chiropractor in Hasbrouck Heights from 1958 to 1997, when he retired. He was an avid Giants, Yankees and Rangers fan.

Longtime Paramus Dairy Co-Owner Edmund Cleenput Dies, 71
PARAMUS, N.J. – Edmund Jacob Cleenput – a Waretown resident, formerly of Paramus – died on Wednesday, March 22. He was 71.
Before he retired, Cleenput co-owned of Paramus Dairy with his brother Jack. Many on social media remembered him as their milkman, softball coach, neighbor or friend, as they offered their condolences.

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Julius "Jules" W. Reuter Jr., a longtime resident of Rutherford, died on Monday, March 20. He was 86.
"He was a really friendly guy," Don Bozzone told Daily Voice. Bozzone is an active member of the Greyheads, the older regulars who volunteer with Bergen County Habitat for Humanity.
