Chilling Police Video Shows Woman Assaulted In Philadelphia: Authorities Detectives are looking for a man caught on video assaulting a woman on a Philadelphia street.  It happened just before 8 p.m. Sunday night, Feb. 11 on the 400 block of East Girard Avenue in Fishtown, city police said in a release.  The suspect approached the 24-year-old victim from behind and made verbal threats before physically assaulting her, according to investigators.
