Police Seek Help ID'ing Dead Man In South Jersey A body was found by authorities at a Salvation Army in South Jersey. On Sunday, Sept. 4 at 11:08 a.m., Bridgeton police were dispatched to 29 W. Commerce Street for a male who appeared to be deceased on the property. Bridgeton Fire/EMS responded and the male was pronounced dead a short time later, police said. The male was described as Hispanic, wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, cowboy boots and a brown jacket. The male had a goatee facial hair and appeared to be between 40 and 45 years old. A vehicle struck the building, located at 319 Clay Pitts Road in East Northport, at about 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19, the Suffolk County Police Department reported.
