Milliman was a passenger in a BMW headed north on Route 222 around 10:40 a.m., according to state police. Coroner IDs Berks Man Killed In Rt. 222 Crash Officials have identified the driver killed in an accident on Route 222 in Berks County over the weekend.  Ernest Lee McLean, 56, of Blandon, was driving near Old Topton Road in Maxatawny Township at around 5 a.m. on Saturday, April 29 when his car hit a tractor-trailer, said Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio in a release.  McLean was pronounced dead around noon on Monday, May 1, the coroner wrote. His cause of death was multiple traumatic injuries and the manner was accidental, Buglio added.  The crash remains under investigation by state police, according to the release.…
