The Dutchess County Drug Task Force initiated "Operation Silent Night" in early October in an attempt to aggressively investigate and arrest drug dealers before the holidays. According to Det. Sgt. The crash took place in Orange County around 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 21, in the town of Goshen on Route 94. Man Charged With DWI After Crash In Yorktown A one-vehicle crash in Yorktown led to the arrest of a Putnam man who was allegedly drinking and driving, police said. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to East Main Street at approximately 10:50 p.m. on Aug. 24, where there was a report of a crash involving with injuries to a driver.
