Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini announced on Thursday, Jan. 9 that St. James resident Chester Pergan, 53, the owner of Chester’s Hunting and Fishing store in Ronkonkoma, pleaded not guilty to a 69-count indictment charging him with weapons offenses.
