A Maryland man pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston to stealing tens of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from a high-end outlet store in Massachusetts and then attempting to take the haul back to the DC area, federal authorities announced. Baltimore native Nathaniel Owens, 33, admitted to his role in a smash and grab at the Gucci store in the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham with two others, according to officials. Authorities in Montgomery County are on the lookout for a dapper man accused of theft. It happened on Saturday, April 8 around 4 p.m., said Upper Merion Township Police in a release. Investigators believe the pictured suspect entered the Gucci store at the King of Prussia Mall, took three handbags, and walked out without paying. The handbags are valued at a combined $5,840, according to the department. Police are looking for a suspect who burglarized a hotel room in Shelton and walked away with a cat and several other stolen items.
