Suspect Admits To Defacing Newspaper With Hate Symbols In Northern Westchester Police have found the person who defaced a single copy of The Northern Westchester Examiner newspaper with hate symbols, according to the Examiner News.  Once the person was identified and admitted writing the swastikas and KKK on the paper, the Peekskill Police department said the person could not be charged due to First Amendment rights, the Examiner said.
