The unnamed 58-year-old Califon man was asked and subsequently refused to wear a mask at Walmart on Dec. 26 around 4:20 p.m., Mansfield Township police said. The man had just been asked to leave the store when he became “unruly” and threw his cup of coffee on the ground, police said. Officers stopped the man as he was leaving in his vehicle and issued him a summons for disturbing the peace.
