Electric Scooter Sharing Coming To Hoboken Hoboken will become the first community in the state to try out a sharing program for electric scooters, Mayor Ravi S. Bhall said Thursday.  The scooter share program will be similar to bicycle shares now seen in cities across the country. The Hoboken initiative will be launched on a six-month trial basis next month in partnership with Lime-S and P3GM.  The former's scooters are dockless while the latter company's OjO scooters will dock at JerseyShare bike stations.
