The recall involves more than 66,000 vehicles in the US built between July 2020 and August 2021. At issue is a printed circuit board that is “uniquely susceptible to a high-current short” and was installed on the models during that time period, according to Ford. So far, there have been at least 21 reports of under-hood fires, including 18 involving vehicles owned by rental companies, Ford said. The car went up in flames in on Route 33 northbound near the Route 22 interchange late Tuesday morning, the Bethlehem Township Volunteer Fire Company said. The Church Road bridge was shut down to check for damages due to the distance of the fire, the department said. It is not clear how long the bridge will remain closed. “If you use the Church Road bridge, please consider an alternate route,” the fire company said.

The last time Roman was seen alive was Friday, Dec. 24, Christmas Eve, in Chicopee Center. His body was discovered in Hartford Saturday, Dec. 25, Christmas Day. Gary Lawrence, 51, of Woodlynne died in the Lanning Square neighborhood of Camden at 9:10 p.m. on Friday, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. Lawrence was a passenger in a car that struck multiple parked vehicles and a pedestrian on South 4th Street between Benson and Stevens street, the prosecutor said in a statement Tuesday.
