A father is rallying the community's support for his son following a fatal two-vehicle crash as he hopes to provide him a proper send off. DC resident Tyrone Allen, Jr., 25, was killed in a crash shortly before 4 p.m. on Sunday May 5 on 3600 block of Silver Hill Road in Suitland involving a sedan and pick-up truck, according to investigators. Investigators from the Prince George's County Police Department determined that both vehicles collided in the eastbound lane of the road, causing Allen's fatal injuries. A 38-year-old man from Millville was charged with driving while intoxicated after a three-vehicle crash in Vineland, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 4 at South Delsea Drive and West Sherman Avenue, according to Vineland police. The unnamed Huntingdon Valley man was behind the wheel of a Volvo bobtail heading south on the Turnpike in Bordentown when it collided with a Volvo semi-trailer around 4:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, New Jersey State Police Detective I Jeffrey Lebron said.
