Teen In 'Critical Condition' Weapon Found After Philly Shooting, Police Say A 19-year-old is in the hospital following a shooting in Philadelphia on Friday, police say.  The teen was shot in the lower back along the highway in the 900 block of Locust Avenue, in Philly's Andalusia neighborhood at 6:03 p.m. on Feb. 2.  Officers arriving at the scene took him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, "where he is currently in critical condition," as stated in a police release.  A weapon was recovered, according to the PPD. Additional information is expected to be released, so check back here for updates.

Police ID DC Teen Murdered Inside Of Vehicle, Suspect Still At Large A $25,000 reward is being offered for information connected to the murder of a 19-year-old Washington, DC man, authorities say. Tolonzo Stephon Rhodes was found murdered inside of a car in the 3200 block of Swann Road, around 6:40 a.m., Friday, Feb. 10, according to a Prince George's County Police Department spokesperson. Investigation revealed that Rhodes was fatally shot while inside of the vehicle, and died on the scene.
