A 12-year-old boy has been arrested after being involved in a pair of robberies in Northwest DC, the Metropolitan Police Department announced on Tuesday night. In late September, police said that a group of people - including the preteen - approached their first victim as he was standing next to his electric bicycle in the 1300 block of Irving Street NW. Child Struck By Car In Ephrata: Police
A boy was struck by a vehicle in Ephrata on Monday evening, police say. The 12-year-old boy was not crossing at a crosswalk and did not yield the right-of-way to vehicles when he attempted to run across the street, the police said. The boy was struck by a car driven by a 36-year-old resident in the 800 block of West Main Street/US 322 in Ephrata Borough at 6:36 p.m. on Oct. 2, according to borough police. "The boy was transported to Hershey Medical Center for injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening," the Ephrata Police concluded its release.

A 12-year-old boy who was allegedly driving a stolen vehicle in Fairfield County when it crashed into a pole is in serious condition. The collision took place in Bridgeport around 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 12 in the area of Railroad Avenue and Hancock Avenue. According to Sgt. Newark Student Slashed At School: Police
A 12-year-old boy was slashed in the cheek at a Newark elementary school on Tuesday, April 4, according to police. The boy was slashed following an altercation with another child at Roberto Clemente Elementary School at 257 Summer Ave, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. The injured boy was transported to University Hospital and is in stable condition, Fragé said. The incident remains under investigation, Fragé said.
