Team members Lindsey Luposello and Kennedy Sherman will play at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Conn.  and Angela Marriott will play lacrosse and soccer at the State University of New York at Morrisville.

“These girls have worked very hard to get to this level.  I am very proud of them, and it is great accomplishment for our entire program," said head girls lacrosse coach Mary Montesarchio."We will miss all of them, and I wish them the best of luck at the next level.”

All three players have competed in the program for the past four years.  During that time, the Sailors have qualified for sectionals each of their four years, earning the #2 seed in the Section 1 tournament in 2012.  Each of the three girls is a three sport athlete at Hen Hud.  Lindsey, Angela and Kennedy each played soccer, basketball and lacrosse together.

Luposello has been a defender for the Sailors during her time with the team, while Marriott, who recently scored her 100th goal as a Sailor, plays from the midfield position.  Sherman scored her 100th goal as a junior, and graduates from the program as the all-time leading scorer in the history of the program.
