Croton-Harmon Schools Release Students Early

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Croton-Harmon School District released students early Wednesday from Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School and Croton-Harmon High School in anticipation of a predicted nor'easter.

The district released students from Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School at the regular time. All afterschool activities have been canceled.

It began snowing at about 12:30 p.m. in the Town of Cortlandt.

All Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School enrichment programs and Children's Space programs at Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School and Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School will remain open. Parents-teacher conferences at Croton-Harmon High School have been rescheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 20.
