Georgiou, who has worked at Houlihan Lawrence since 1983 and is among the company’s top producing agents over 30 years, has recently listed several Chappaqua homes. One of her listings received three offers within four days of being listed.

“We had an active January,’’ Georgiou said. “Homes under $2 million dollars are getting a lot of interest. Families with younger children want homes that have been updated. If a home is turn-key and priced right, you will receive multiple offers. ”

Among Georgiou’s listings is a 7-bedroom Colonial at 275 Bedford Road. The home was built in 1775 and includes 5.3 bathrooms, 9,974 square feet and 7.24 acres. It is listed for $4,950,000.

Georgiou has a special fondness for the home, which she sold to her clients 20 years ago. “It has been exquisitely restored by an antique designer and architect. I watched the transformation through the years and they did an incredible job. They brought back the character the house deserves."

The home blends Old World artistry and extraordinary style with modern conveniences. The large kitchen would please any chef, with top-of-the-line appliances and beautiful custom cabinetry.

Other notable features a basketball court, home gym, and an expansive second-floor recreation space. There is also a two-bedroom, two-bath guest house. The grounds include a pool, pool house, tennis court and putting green. “It’s like you’re purchasing your own country club,’’ Georgiou said. The home is just a short walk to the center of town.

Some of Georgiou’s other listings include, 10 Overlook Drive, a charming New England Colonial, a five-bedroom, six bath home on 3 acres for $1,295,000; 36 Random Farms Circle, a four-bedroom, 3.1 bath Modern home on 2.52 acres; a 4 bedroom Colonial on West Orchard Road for $1,025,000; luxury new construction at Hillholme Manor from $2,995,000 and up. Georgiou is also marketing a home at 4 Petersville Road in Mount Kisco and 10 Fox Den Road in Mount Kisco, and at 38 Shinglehouse Road in Millwood.

“The milder weather has helped spark activity. We are seeing buyers from Manhattan and Brooklyn, and even from lower Westchester,’’ Georgiou added. "Families appreciate all that Chappaqua offers. Great schools and a vibrant community. I have lived here for 38 years. I am so fortunate to be able to see my grandchildren grow in the community that I love."
