Yorktown Police Charge Cortlandt Man With Violating Order Of Protection

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police charged a Cortlandt man with criminal contempt after he was accused of violating an order of protection on Thursday, Nov. 27, according to local officials.

Charles J. Kaylor, 54, was accused of violating the order of protection when he sent two text messages to the female victim, police said.

Kaylor surrendered to authorities on Nov. 28 and will appear in court on Tuesday, Dec. 9, police said.
