Police Charge Two During Route 9 DWI Detail In Cortlandt

CORTLANDT, N.Y.  -- The New York State Police conducted a driving while intoxicated check point Saturday on Route 9 in the Town of Cortlandt.

During this detail, police arrested the following subjects:

  • Jorge I. Tigre-Pintada, 36, of Ossining, was charged with DWI after he allegedly provided a breath sample that indicated he had a 0.19 percent blood alcohol content.
  • Luis M. Reiban, 36, of Peekskill, was charged with DWI after he allegedly provided a breath sample that indicated he had a 0.17 percent blood alcohol content.

Both men were issued tickets to appear at 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 24 in the Town of Cortlandt Court.
