Mohegan Lake Woman, 38, Faces Multiple Violations After Route 6 Accident

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – A Mohegan Lake woman was charged with multiple traffic violations following a two-car accident on Route 6 Wednesday, reports the Yorktown Police Department.

Lisa A. Piano, 38, was arrested for for operating a vehicle with a suspended New York State driver’s license and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree after her involvement in a two-car accident that occurred at approximately 8:49 a.m. on East Main Street near Old Farm Road.

Further investigation alleges that Piano failed to yield the right-of-way, was driving an unregistered and uninsured car and had improper plates on the vehicle.

Piano was released on $100 bail and is ordered to return to Yorktown Justice Court Thursday, July 2.
