About 4:15 p.m. Jan. 27, a Yorktown police officer spotted a man making an unsafe turn while driving on Lexington Avenue, officials said.
The officer stopped the man, later identified as 41-year-old Paul Sayegh.
Upon further investigation, police learned that Sayegh’s driving privileges had been revoked for allegedly failing to pay child support, police said.
Officials arrested Sayegh and charged him with the misdemeanor crime of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was released into the custody of a friend, and is scheduled to answer to the criminal and traffic charges in Yorktown Justice Court on March 3.
