CROTON, N.Y. -- Croton-on-Hudson resident Ramon Santos, 57, was charged on Tuesday with disorderly conduct and other offenses, according to Lohud.com.
He was seen cursing at voters at a polling station while wearing a mask and a judge's robe, the report said. Police say he was carrying a glassine containing residue of cocaine. Click here for the full report.
