BUCHANAN, N.Y. -- Jennifer M. O'Gorman Ruland, of Buchanan, died on Tuesday, Feb. 16. She was 42.
Born in Mount Kisco, Ruland was a member of Pi Nu Epsilon at SUNY Delhi College. She loved karaoke and dancing.
She was a member of the Scleroderma Foundation, and she helped organize the annual Scleroderma fundraising walk.
Ruland is survived by mother, Donna O'Gorman, maternal grandmother Mary Emma Ryan, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Thomas O'Gorman, and her brother, Ryan O'Gorman.
Visiting hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Rd., in Montrose. A mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20, at Assumption Church, in Peekskill, with burial to follow at Assumption Cemetery, in Cortlandt Manor.
