  • Daniel "Max" Winsten, 19, of Croton-on-Hudson, accused of filming patrons in various states of undress in the locker room and shower area of a local health club gets court date to appear in court on Feb. 14.
  • A 43-year-old man was hit by a Metro-North train and killed just south of the Hartsdale train station in an apparent suicide, according to Metro-North Railroad spokeswoman Marjorie Anders
  • Somers man found dead on Route 100 near the Muscoot Reservoir on the east side of the road. State Police shut down the road in both directions for 30 minutes in order to investigate.
  • Peekskill Police arrested a local man on charges stemming from a long-term narcotics investigation conducted jointly between the City of Peekskill Police Narcotics Unit and the Westchester County Police Department Narcotics Unit recently.
