Freezing Rain, Ice Will Be Moving Into Cortlandt

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Sun will give way to clouds, rain and possible accumulating ice in northern parts of Westchester County on Friday night and Saturday.

Rain will move into the area mainly after 5 a.m. Saturday.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Northern Westchester due to potential freezing rain and ice accumulation overnight through early Saturday.

Temperatures will climb above freezing on Saturday, but rain will remain throughout the day. High temperatures will be around 46 degrees. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. 

Partly sunny skies will return on Sunday with a high in the mid-40s. 

The work week will begin with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures around 48 degrees.
