Altieri was arrested on March 21 and Graham was arrested on March 27, while Robles was arrested on May 2 and Thompson and Agosto were both arrested on May 3.

The investigation, which took place in the municipalities of Cortlandt, Croton-on-Hudson and Peekskill, was conducted in conjunction with the New York State Police and the Croton-on-Hudson and Harrison police departments.

Police executed search warrants both at Agosto’s Grand Street home in Croton where they seized oxycodone and at Altieri’s Locust Avenue home in Cortlandt, where they seized nearly an ounce of cocaine, 500 $10 bags of heroin packaged for sale on the street and $3,000 in cash.

Each of the defendants were observed making multiple sales of heroin to an undercover officer in various jurisdictions, police said. There appears to be no connection between any of the defendants, police said.
