The free event is from 7-8:30 p.m. and refreshments will be served. The program will be "Bird-Friendly Gardens: Fun Ways to Attract Birds to Your Backyard" hosted by Cary Andrews.

Andrews, an avid birder and gardener, will present a fun and informative Power Point presentation on the eight ways you can attract birds to your backyard. Bird-friendly gardens help our feathered friends, enrich the habitat of our communities and provide a lot of bird watching fun all winter long.

The library is at 171 Cleveland Drive, Croton-on-Hudson. Call 914-271-6612 for more information.
