Stop & Shop employees have been without a contract since Nov. 3, according to CBS New York.
The dispute between the grocery store and the union is over a cut in health benefits to employees.
The union voted to approve the strike, but has continued to work despite not having a CBA in place.
Stop & Shop has 12 locations in 10 towns in Westchester County, including White Plains, Tarrytown, Ossining, Somers, Port Chester, Mamaroneck, Yonkers, Eastchester, Dobbs Ferry, New Rochelle and Mount Vernon.
