STAMFORD, Conn. — Three people were stabbed at a bar in Stamford early Sunday morning, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Police told the Stamford Advocate that an officer was patrolling near the area of the Glamour Bar on West Park Place at around 1:45 a.m. Sunday when he saw a 26-year-old Stamford man being beaten by a crowd of people. The officer broke up the beating and found that the man had three stab wounds, according to the Stamford Advocate. He was taken to Stamford Hospital where he was treated and released, the Stamford Advocate reported.

Around the same time a 24-year-old and a 23-year-old, both from Bridgeport, arrived at Stamford Hospital with stab wounds, according to the Stamford Advocate. The men were part of a rap group that had performed at the Glamour Bar that night, and told police that they had been stabbed while breaking up a fight, the Stamford Advocate said. They are expected to recover, according to the Stamford Advocate.
