Dymes arrived at the police station just before 1 p.m. and did not talk to reporters, according to lohud.com. The Westchester District Attorney's Office did not reveal to Daily Voice what she is being charged with but said she is being arraigned at 2 p.m.
Dymes was in a wheelchair and covered her face as she left the station, according to lohud. Her blonde hair was visible, and she had a brace on her right leg. She had to be helped by police into a waiting vehicle, according to LoHud.
Dymes and Lacey were found by Lacey's father, David Carr on April 5. Dymes and Lacey lived at the home with Dymes' father, Kevin.
Over the summer, News12 reported that toxicology reports found a toxic mix of drugs in Lacey's system.
