Croton Teens Charged With Sexually Assaulting 14-Year-Old Girl

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Two Croton-on-Hudson teens were charged with four counts each of juvenile delinquency for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old at a party in Yorktown on Sunday, Oct. 30, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

The two 14-year-old males are accused of sexually assaulting the girl during a freshman high school party, police said.

If charged as adults, the two would be facing stiffer charges of felony attempted criminal sex act, felony attempted sexual abuse, felony criminal sex act, third-degree, and forcible touching, police said..

Both teens were charged at the Yorktown Police Department and released on their own recognizance to their parents.
