Cortlandt State Police Charge Woman With DWI In Peekskill

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged a woman with driving while intoxicated in Peekskill on Sunday, June 1, police officials said.

Marilyn Acosta, 29, of Beacon was found to be intoxicated at a vehicle and traffic stop conducted on Route 9 in Peekskill, according to State Police.

Acosta provided a positive breath sample with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent. She is due to appear in City of Peekskill Court on Monday, June 9, State Police said.
