Cortlandt Man Arrested For Felony DWI

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- State Police arrested a Cortlandt man for driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Nov. 3, according to police officials.

Robert V. Cegielski, 50, was found to be intoxicated subsequent to a traffic stop that was conducted on the vehicle he was operating after troopers observed him not wearing a seat belt.

Cegielski is ordered to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on Friday Nov. 15
