Panel members at the meeting include the following:

- Richard Kuprewicz, president, Accufacts Inc., an energy consulting firm based in Washington State.
- Matthew Walker, community outreach coordinator, Clean Air Council.
- Gary Shaw, founder, Indian Point Safe Energy Coalition
Spectra Energy, based in Texas has proposed replacing the existing 26-inch-diameter pipe sections with 42-inch pipe, tunneling in a new section under the Hudson River and bolstering compressor stations in Stony Point and Southeast, according to a LoHud.com article.
