Montrose Man, 56, Charged With DWI

MONTROSE, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Cortland barracks charged a Montrose man with driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Nov. 23, according to officials.

Robert Kilichowski, 56, was pulled over for allegedly failing to maintain his lane of travel and failing to keep right, police said.

Kilichowski provided a positive breath sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .22 percent. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Cortlandt Court on Monday, Dec. 1, police said.
