Traffic Alert Issued For Yorktown Road Closure

The latest road closure has been announced in Yorktown Heights as Con Edison continues infrastructure work in the area.

Yorktown officials announced that from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, June 8, while Con Edison works, the northbound lane of Gomer Street will be closed between Barway Drive and London Road. Southbound traffic will be detoured on both Hickory Street and Quinlan Street.

During the work, there will be an increased police patrol and speed enforcement on the detoured roads.
