Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Driver, 51, Killed In Head-On Crash In Vineland A 51-year-old driver from Atlantic County was killed when his car crossed the center line and hit another car head-on in Cumberland County, authorities said.  Billy Hyslip of Absecon died in the crash, according to Vineland police. On Friday, March 29 at about 6:50 a.m., Vineland police responded to the 200 block of Park Avenue.  Hyslip's car had collided head-on with a car driven by Patrick Schmidt, 32, of Cherry Hill. Barbara Czyzewska, of Aberdeen, was southbound on Route 35 (St. George's Avenue) at about 10:40 a.m. Friday, March 22 when she lost control of her Subaru, Woodbridge police said.
