Both teams have been scrambling to find wins, and play seemed evenly matched on the field, with the game staying scoreless through 90 minutes of regulation and the first 10-minute overtime.

But the Panthers drew first blood just over a minute into the second OT, with Kristian Prenkaj taking a pass from Joe O'Connor and depositing it in the back on the net, sending the team into its victory celebration.

Panas improved to 4-4-1 with the win. John Jay fell to 1-7-1.
