Barrett, currently in his second year at Port Chester, attended Lakeland High School in Shrub Oak before graduating from Trinity-Pawling in Dutchess County. He went on to Post (CT) and Manhattanville College.

Nardone has built a reputation as one of the area's top ADs during his 16 years at Yorktown. Nardone announced his retirement, effective at the end of this school year, recently.

During his 16 years at Yorktown, Nardone oversaw the construction of new turf and softball fields and the remodeling and renovating of the fitness centers at both the high school and middle school buildings. He played an integral part in the renovation of the swimming pool, as well as the complete remodeling of the locker rooms in both the high school and middle school.

Nardone's retirement as Yorktown AD was first reported by Daily Voice on March 9. To read that story, click here.
