Hen Hud Boys Modified Basketball Finishes Season Undefeated

MONTROSE, N.Y. --  The Hendrick Hudson High School boys modified basketball team finished its season with a perfect record for the second consecutive year. 

Blue Mountain Middle School’s team capped off its unblemished season with an exciting win at John Jay Cross River.

Eighth-grader Alan Jackson scored the winning basket with one second left, propelling the young Sailors to the 9-0 season. 

The roster consists of Max Popolizio, Billy Riefenhauser, Trevor Dowling, Thomas Pecchia, Amoni Haynes, Keimoni Haynes, Kyle James, Max Tieche, Matthew Imbimbo, Alan Jackson, Mekhi Grey, Manny Carbone, Matt Strang, Austin Fraser, Connor Gallagher, Jack Kelly, Jordan Grullon, Angelo Milano and Jonothan Melendez.

“The community is proud of this team's achievements in the classroom and on the court," said head coach Sean Kelly. "We look forward to a bright future for the Hen Hud basketball program.”
