"Sometimes people wish to avoid the formality of the board meeting and opt to speak to us as neighbors and friends," said board President Mary-Pat Briggi. "This is a great way to share any concerns, ask questions, or talk about the issues facing our schools or public education."
The district said the meet and greet is part of an effort by the district to "provide better access and communication between the public and the Hendrick Hudson School District."
