MONTROSE, N.Y. ‒ If you have a question for members of the Hendrick Hudson School District school board or Interim Superintendent Brian Monahan, head out to Dunkin' Donuts Saturday morning.

An informal "meet and greet" will take place at 8:30 a.m. at the coffee shop at 113 Albany Post Road, Buchanan, N.Y.

"Sometimes people wish to avoid the formality of the board meeting and opt to speak to us as neighbors and friends," said Board of Education President Mary-Pat Briggi. "This is a great way to share any concerns, ask questions, or talk about the issues facing our schools or public education."

District officials say the gathering is an effort to "provide better access and communication between the public and the Hendrick Hudson School District."

Officials said several board members would be present.
