DC Statue Has Lost Its Head, Police Seek Thief

D.C. police are seeking the suspect, or suspects, who stole the head of a religious statue.

The head of St. Anthony of Padua was stolen on August 10 from the 3400 block of 12th Street, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

Police said the head of the statue weighs 10 to 12 pounds.
