The enclave is situated along one of Westchester’s most historic corridors, and nestled between Lyndhurst Castle and the Old Croton Aqueduct Park,

The 100-acre gated community combines serene country living with luxurious and convenient amenities typically reserved for Manhattan’s most exclusive condominiums. It was developed by Greystone Mansion Group.                                                                                                                  “I haven’t seen a community like this since Conyers Farms” said developer Andy Todd of Greystone Mansion Group. “It’s a really special piece of land, with beautiful country roads, scenic vistas, and thoughtfully designed parcels that call out for the fine estates now being constructed.”

Just 13 miles from Manhattan, the stately homes combine old-world charm with gracefully proportioned layout and today’s modern conveniences.  Amenities and space for entertaining have been carefully incorporated, such as an indoor sports complex, home theater, wine cellar, and sunset view veranda.

The community’s entry lodge features a concierge and 24/7 doorman, allowing residents to sleep safe at night knowing their home and surroundings are enclosed and secured.

Greystone on Hudson is served by Westchester’s Irvington School District, whose high school was recently ranked as one of the top 100 high schools in the country, in addition to several elite private schools, including Hackley School. Local luxury shopping and eateries are met with an array of parks, world-class equestrian centers, prestigious country clubs and historic landmarks.

The first estate on 2.6 acres overlooks the Hudson River from 302 feet above sea level, and is being offered at $9,995,000. The 16,000 square foot home is detailed to the highest standards of luxury and is completely heated and cooled with geothermal energy, protecting the environment and eliminating winter fuel bills.
