The home, located at 175 N Old Post Road, comes equipped with architectural details of the 1920s and has enough space to host indoor and outdoor parties for about 100 people, the report said.
The brick and stone manor was designed by and built for one of the Robber Baron families of the 1920s, according to Zillow.com
The 7,849-square-foot property includes eight bedrooms, nine full and three half baths for a price of $2.5 million, the report said.
The custom home was built on solid granite in 1929 for shipping banker Harold Clarke Strong, the report said.
The property, also known as Hudsonview, served as a private weekend country retreat for members of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union Local 91 when it became the property’s second owner in 1944, the report said.
