YORKTOWN, N.Y. – Yorktown police arrested a man Saturday for criminal possession of a controlled substance and other charges after an investigation following a car accident, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Fatbardh Mushkolaj, 22, of Lynbrook, New York, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree for driving with a suspended driver’s license, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Mushkolaj was released from Yorktown Police Headquarters on $200 bail and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court July 21.
