Thomas Fahey was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor after officers responded to a residence following a report of a domestic incident.

An investigation revealed Fahey violated an order issued by the Westchestchester County Family Court of Protection that barred him from entering the residence, police said.

Fahey, who had left the scene when officers arrived, was located at a residence on Amelia Drive, where he was arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing.

Fahey was released on $5,000 bail and is due back in court on Sept. 12.
