Yorktown Man Charged With Selling Heroin To Undercover Officer

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – A 24-year-old Yorktown man is being charged for selling heroin to an undercover officer in Jefferson Valley, Yorktown police said.

Colin Rice sold the quantity of heroin to the undercover officer on Aug. 22, when the Yorktown police initiated an undercover drug investigation within the Town of Yorktown in coordination with Westchester County Police. Following the investigation, Rice was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 22, police said.

Rice was arraigned and sent to Westchester County jail, where he remains with a $15,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 6 p.m.
