According to New York State Police, state troopers were notified of a one-car collision on the Taconic State Parkway near mile post marker 34.3 northbound. Officers reportedly found a heavily damaged, unoccupied vehicle upon arrival at the scene.
Cole emerged several minutes later from a wooded area and was allegedly discovered to be intoxicated.
She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. Cole is due to reappear in Kent Court on Nov. 17.
